2.Learner Management System (LMS)

    The Learner Management System (LMS)

    The ERSCP Learner Management System is run in conjunction with Virtual College. It is an online portal which offers a range of learning and discussion opportunities. You must be registered to access the LMS and book courses.

    Register for an account

    Before registering please read the cancellation and non-attendance charges information.

    How to register

    First register for an account

    Details

    Add your details (name, job title, organisation, email etc).

    Please note:
    This booking system uses your email address as your username. This means you cannot use the same email address as someone else to register your account.

    Latest news option

    If you would like to receive the latest news from ERSCP, please tick the 'Tick here if you would like to receive news and resources from East Riding SCP' option at the bottom of the form.

    Submit the form

    Select the register button to submit the form.

    Activation email

    An account activation email will be sent to the email address you used when completing the registration form. The email will include your login details (your username and a temporary password) and a login link.

    Log in

    Select the login link provided in your account activation email. It is recommended that you bookmark/favourite this URL to make it easier to log in next time.

    First login

    If this is the first time you have logged in you will be promoted to change your password

    Change or reset your password

    Access the login page :

    Login to your LMS account

    Forgotten password

    Select 'Forgotten your password?'

    Request reset

    Enter the email address associated with your LMS account (which is also your username), then select the 'Request Password Reset' button:

    First time logging in?

    If you are changing your password as part of your initial account setup (this is your first time logging in) you will need to tick the 'I am not a robot' option, then select the ‘Request Password Reset’ button (as above).

    Email

    You will be sent an email which contains a password reset link. The email may take a few minutes to arrive - make sure to check your spam or junk folder as well. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.

    Confirmation

    You will be sent another email to confirm that your password has been changed.
